Do you know what it means to make a great first impression? Good -- because our Front Counter people do. They are the face of Waveland Bowl, providing exceptional guest care from the moment a visitor walks in
Front Counter staff are much more than “just a cashier.” They are the “air traffic controllers” of our center -- greeting guests in person and by phone and relaying details about our center, pricing, and promotions/specials. These team members understand that exceptional guest interactions are at the core of the Waveland Bowl experience.
In their roles they tackle a host of guest needs -- managing customer flow, tracking lane availability, and maximizing lane usage; and following all cash-control procedures when ringing sales at the front counter. They’re also in charge of monitoring the flow of walk-in customers versus those with reservations, taking names and delivering pagers for guests on our waiting list.
Must have experience handling money and high volume customer interaction. Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check. This job requires working nights and weekends.

Description:
Bowling Alley (Concourse) Attendants don’t just smile and set the tone (although both are important); they assist with the flow of the entire center.
They know how to make first time guests feel like regulars and make regulars feel like good friends. They routinely check back with their guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations, all with the ultimate goal of providing the highest level of guest care.
They also own the process of sanitizing the center and take pride in making it sparkle! Duties include emptying trash, sanitizing all concourse, bathroom and bar areas, keeping the bars stocked and changing out products (like empty beer kegs) as needed. They also vacuum, dust and mop like a pro.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check, lift 80 lbs and smile!

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
